What is your minimum order?

Because we are a wholesale company, we require a $150 minimum. Orders under $150 have additional fees.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping will not calculate online upon checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Do you have to have a tax ID to order from Mills Floral?

Yes, by law we must have a tax ID and/or business license to buy from us. You will be asked to enter your ID when you create an account.

What are your hours of operation and locations?

Our showroom in Duluth, GA is open 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST).
Our office is open 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
We also have a showroom in AmericasMart in downtown Atlanta. Showroom: Building 1, Floor 20, Showroom E20. This showroom is open based on AmericasMart hours and events. Click here to see our show schedule.

How quickly do products ship?

We ship our orders within 2-3 business days.
Weekends and holidays not included. During trade shows please allow extra time for processing orders.

What about product guarantee and returns?

You may return the product(s) within 30 days from the date of the shipment of your order for replacement or refund*. You should notify us immediately so that your guarantee does not become void. Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value. Note (*) shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.

Can anyone shop your warehouse?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open to the public, but you are welcome to shop our showroom in Duluth. We will be happy to pull your order from the warehouse.
