The wholesale order minimum of $150 doesn’t apply to drop ship orders, the order minimum is $20 - $25. The drop ship fee is only $5.00 per order, per address until May 30th, instead of $10.00.
You cannot place drop ship orders online – you must call or email them in. Our website is only set up for the wholesale ordering.
We can ship on your account for FedEx or UPS if you’d like, just advise and provide your account number.
We don’t include our invoice – if you have a packing list, we can send that with the order.
If you want the order to blind ship, you can have that done – you would need to set that up.
You are charged regular wholesale pricing, the drop ship fee, and the freight.
Please be sure that the customer address provided is complete and accurate, to avoid any address correction fees.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages delivered to a residential addresses once Fedex shows delivered, but we will help by filing a claim with Fedex or UPS.
We are not responsible for your customer’s buyers remorse – we have a 30 day policy for returns for damaged/defective goods.
